Please use the form below to submit the details for your event. Once your submission has been received, the flyer creation process will begin. Caroline McCormick will be monitoring submissions regularly through Gmail, so there is no need to send a separate text notification.
As part of our updated communications and branding approach for the 2026–2027 year, all flyers will follow a new design format to ensure a cohesive and polished look across PHWC events and activities.
Once the flyer has been reviewed and approved by the PHWC President and Programs Chair, the final version will be emailed to you for your review and use.
