If you exit the gate of Palmetto Hall and turn left onto Beach City Rd, at the traffic circle take the first turn onto Mathews Drive. At the next street, turn right onto Palmetto Parkway. The entire right side of the road is a long lagoon. This is part of the Hilton Head Island Land Trust. You will see a group of mailboxes on the right.
Turn right into The North Ridge Professional Center past the mailboxes. We are in the building nearest the mailboxes, 1st floor in the back. You will pass “Nannies and Companions”, The POA meeting space, and then you will see the main office door.
2023 Board of Directors
The affairs of this Association shall be managed by a Board of Directors, who shall be members of the Association. The Board shall consist of seven (7) members who are volunteers, elected by PH owners at the December Annual Meeting.

To continously improve Palmetto Hall as a premier residential community by enhancing property values for all owners and the quality of life for all residents.
Palmetto Hall Board of Directors 2022 Goals
- Successfully complete Priority 1-3 fencing.
- Successfully complete Camera Technology project.
- Update long-term view of PH POA finances with reserve study and scenarios as identified by the BOD (i.e., fencing, CIF, etc.).
- If board is aligned, prepare community for vote on CIF-concept in 2022.
- Build-out alternate scope for secondary entrance of emergency-only use and gauge community interest for future consideration.
- Integrate Community Engagement Strategies to improve our message, and sense of community.
- Advocate to Topper and Brown Golf on behalf of our property owners to improve the customer experience and amenities for Social and Golf members.
- Update POA technology and website to improve processes and Palmetto Hall brand.
Notes: Project plans will be completed to identify key milestones and communication opportunities as measures of success.
Committees will continue to focus on their purpose and mission.
